Rohit Roy Rikto is known as a young organizer. Currently he is 18 years old. At this young age,he has founded a voluntary national youth organisation which is 'Banglar Mela' and he is the founder chairman of this organisation. He is also founder of 'Jashore Volunteers'. Jashore Volunteers are working to do increase social awareness, provide primary education and eradicate dowry system including child marriage.
With a young organizer he is an emerging theatre worker. As a theatre worker,he is the ICT secretary at Jashore Unit of Campus Theatre Andolon, Bangladesh.At this present time, he is also secretary of Interact Club Of Jashore Midcity.
Rohit is not only a theatre worker and actor but also he is an expert in recitation and painting. His handwriting also has the reputation of being the 1st place holder of Jashore Sadar Upazilla.
